Thomas Joiner – Smith Lake Property Specialist

Thomas Joiner has spent most of the last decade broadening his passion for real estate into a service model to help clients realize their dreams of owning and enjoying recreational properties on the lake, coast and rural countryside. Thomas grew up in Birmingham, AL and developed a love for the outdoors through his youth activities of spending time on the lake, hunting, fishing and golf with family and friends. He merged his love of the outdoors with his educational pursuits at the University of Alabama where he earned a degree in Finance with a Real Estate concentration and obtained his real estate license following graduation. Thomas has always been a “people person” and was involved with a social fraternity and the ACRE program at the University which offers students a more in depth exposure to the real estate industry outside the classroom. As a real estate professional, Thomas has assisted with the successful marketing of numerous lakeside developments which expanded his knowledge and understanding of recreational properties while helping clients achieve their investment goals and realize their dreams for their families. Most recently, Thomas has built and remodeled several homes on the lake giving him a much broader understanding of the homebuilding process providing in depth insight to lake prospects looking to build/remodel their new lake properties.
